radKIDS® and R.A.D. Programs Now Offered

radKIDS® (resisting aggression defensively) is a personal empowerment and safety education program for children ages 5-12. The program includes lecture, safety drills, muscle memory exercises and dynamic simulation. Classes are 8 hours in length.

Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) is a self-defense program designed for women only. Women 12 through 16 years of age MUST be accompanied by a female parent or guardian. This course is 12 hours in length.
