Board of Adjustment
Five member board which meets the fourth Thursday in the Boone County Government Center Chambers at 7:00 p.m. The Board reviews requests for a variance from the strict application of the Zoning and Subdivision Regulations. The board shall consist of five residents of the county, but not more than two shall be residents of the incorporated area of the county and not more than one may be a member of the county zoning commission. RSMo. 64.870. (Term - 4 years)
